Candleszycandlee provides professional space organization and decluttering services. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from product-based retailers. This policy outlines our approach to service satisfaction and refunds.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction with our organizing services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not performed as agreed in the service contract
- Significant errors or omissions in the work completed
- Failure to meet agreed-upon timelines without valid reason
- Breach of contract by Candleszycandlee
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Candleszycandlee management.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after services have been completed
- Dissatisfaction with decisions you made during the organizing process
- Services completed according to the agreed plan and specifications
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment
- Client unavailability or lack of cooperation during service delivery
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund of any deposit
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% of deposit retained
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Full deposit retained
- No-shows: Full service fee charged
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds may be offered based on the extent of services completed
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use.
Product Returns
If we provide or recommend organizing products as part of our service:
- Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days
- Proof of purchase is required
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective
