Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be present or designate a representative during service appointments
• Make final decisions about items to keep, donate, or discard
• Secure valuable items before our arrival

Limitation of Liability

• Damage to items not properly disclosed or secured by the client
• Loss of items disposed of with client consent
• Pre-existing damage to property or belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages
